Founder & CEO

JP Kloppers has spent the last decade building and running technology companies and advising the leaders of others. He has been in the room for more boardroom AI conversations than most, on both sides of the table. He is the author of Start With AI: A Manifesto for the New Era of Leadership, and the founder of Edaiga. He works mostly with leaders who can feel the ground shifting under them and want a settled answer they can actually act on.

Chief Operating Officer

Ryan came up through marine engineering before turning to financial markets, where he scaled Divergence Capital from 100 to 300 clients without a single client loss. He served as Chief Operating Officer at BrandsEye through its growth, GDPR transition, and acquisition. At Edaiga he runs the operating side of the business: how engagements are scoped, how they are delivered, and how the platform underneath them stays disciplined as we grow. His instinct is to look for the structural fix rather than the heroic effort, and most of what works inside Edaiga has his thumbprint on it.
